In the Power Local Green Jobs campaign, we are pushing for green energy to be part of a solution to racist economic injustice.

The purpose of this training is to learn how the unconscious biases we absorb from our society can make our work for justice less effective and powerful, whether we have absorbed stereotypes about ourselves or others. We will then explore ways to reduce or compensate for our biases, especially those around race.
