During the pandemic year, PECO sent $447 million in profits to Exelon shareholders. Now it wants to charge customers even more, requesting PUC approval for a rate hike of up to 10%!  Meanwhile an unprecedented number of PECO customers have lost income and jobs and fallen behind on their bills.
