At this week's General Meeting, we announced that Kim has decided it is time for her to move on to new things and step down as EQAT's Campaign Director. We are all extremely grateful for her leadership and the incredible work and vision she has brought to EQAT and to the Power Local Green Jobs campaign.
Kim is stepping down with a lot of love for EQAT and for our campaign. She is finding that in this political and historical moment, her heart is drawn to new opportunities that hit more at what she feels called to be doing to equip activists and campaigns to fight for collective liberation at scale. The Board has decided to take some time now to dig into where our campaign is at and what we need most from a new Campaign Director, and we will take a couple months before opening a search for a new director. Please join us at upcoming events to celebrate Kim and her work as she transitions out of this role!
